Chocolate Birthday Card

This was a planned card. LOL! New printer arrived this morning so managed to get it set up and print some things from Joanna Sheen's Fashion Boutique cd. It was an order from my daughter ( she keeps my order book going, bless her). Just matted and layered with gold silk mirror card and added peel offs and some velvet ribbon.

Another Silver Wedding Card

Just when I thought I had finished with these Silver Wedding Cards, was suffering with a stinking cold and had my printer die on me, I get a phone call from my Mum asking if I could make a card for her to give my Sister and her hubby. Phew, wasn't really in the mood for card making but hope I managed to do something suitable! Mum didn't have time to post it so I have written and posted it myself unseen by Mum. Need to print a picture off to show her on Thursday! The camera hasn't picked up the silver very well and looks blue in parts, must be a reflection, sorry about that. Not a very good light when I took the photograph.

2 for Christmas

Thought I had better make an effort towards Christmas! Thought this was a cute image to start with from the dottie Christmas downloads.

backing paper is Pink Petticoat, embellishments are from my stash.

This is Angel Dottie from same download. Pink Petticoat paper matted onto gold silk mirri card. Strip of same mirri card was embossed with my cuttlebug snowflake folder, on wrong side ( yes, it was a mistake, lol ) but thought it looked a bit different, so decided to use it. Peel offs and ribbon are from my stash.

2 cards on my return from Mull

This is the last of four cards I have made for my Sister's forthcoming Silver Wedding Anniversary. Can't say I am sorry to be able to move on .......... !
The fancy bells panel was cut on my KNK from a template by my friend Linda, mounted onto silver mirri card with a small section embossed on my cuttlebug. Decorated with bells cut out with a punch. Peel offs for the sentiment.

This card was a welcome change lol! My daughter wanted a contemporary card to give to her friend. I used backing paper and image from Pink Petticoat. Image coloured with Whisper pens blended with a damp brush and some glitter sakura pens. The flower is a Flora Doodle from Joanna Sheen. Red corner scroll was done on my cuttlebug. I printed directly onto the card both inside and out for the base. Sentiments were printed on my computer and ribbon and gems were from my stash.
